Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Verity Analytics subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will retain full access to your Creator Low or Creator Max tier features until that cycle concludes.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy

Because Verity Analytics relies heavily on real-time data ingestion, intensive server compute, third-party API costs, and ongoing platform management expenses, it is impossible for us to offer refunds. All sales are final. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service, unused API limits, or accidental renewals.

3. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription and prevent future billing, please navigate to your Account Settings and select "Manage Subscription", or contact us at adityaadiarom@gmail.com prior to your next billing date.
